Planning and organization of study trips within and outside Europe

In the framework of projects and on request inno Germany supports partners and customers with the planning and organisation of study trips in the field of innovation and technology transfer. Scope of the study trips is often the generation of an exchange of experiences and information with other regions and their key persons in the innovation process. This exchange is aimed at gaining insight in the different business models in the field of innovation and technology, e.g. on innovation policies and culture, transfer policies and culture, current and planned initiatives, organization forms and processes.

We support our clients and partners with the preparation, planning and organization of appropriate study trips; our offer covers the following services:

  • Definition of topics and targets
  • First design and draft of a study trip programme
  • Topic-specific supply of preventive information on which to base the decisions regarding the pro-gramme organisation
  • Together with the client/partner: definition of the programme and elaboration of presentation documents to be used when contacting the selected institutions
  • Contacting the designated persons at the selected institutions in order to present the request and agree on a visit date as well as on an agenda, including speakers and topics
  • Writing of the complete programme including organisational information
  • Partial or complete organisation of travel and accommodation for the delegation

Study tour of a Turkish delegation in Karlsruhe
