Implementing innovation policies and strategies

A globalised knowledge economy implies global knowledge and innovation networks. Not even huge economies such as the US and China are any longer able to control how value is added to products and services. This demands a modernisation of research and innovation policies. inno Scandinvia works actively with the European Commission as well as national and regional agencies in order to help in upgrading the way public support to research, innovation and enterprises is designed and delivered.

This works often takes the form of process support to the implementation of large scale policy initiatives such as PRO INNO EUROPE, evaluations of large R&D programmes and participation in policy development initiatives such as Regions of Knowledge, BEST- and OMC-Net-projects.

On national and regional level we provide expert advice combining our excellent knowledge of local contexts with our international perspective and experience. Our goal is to help regional and national funding agencies to develop new generations of policies that, in a sustainably manner and a global context, increase both efficiency and effectiveness of public support programmes.
