Viliam Grácz studied at the Prague University of Economics and earned a Master in Business Administration.
In the last almost 20 years, Viliam collected work experiences in the Czech Republic as well as in other European countries, working in business services industry and consumer goods with focus on project management, strategy development, customer connection and cost management. Through various projects he gained market knowledge in Czech republic as well as in Central and Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria).
Today, Viliam is recognised as international consultant and European Excellence Assessor. Since August 2006 Viliam is Managing Director of inno Czech s.r.o., the Czech office of the inno group.
