Testimonials

Ellen Pedersen, ex-Project Manager TACIS, currently manager of the EU export promotion programmes to Japan:

"inno engaged with the European Commission in the process of modernising the naukograds (Scientific Cities) in the Russian Federation. The project team made all the difference in that process, and results emerged in each naukograd. A sound regional Innovation Strategy (the first of its kind in Russia) was approved and implementation started, commercialisation activities from scientific centres took place with concrete return on investments, and related benefits.
A successful project depends on people, ideas, and political will."

inno GmbH is the Austrian office of the inno group.

inno GmbH was founded in year 2000 as a 100 % daughter-company of inno AG, Karlsruhe.

inno GmbH has positioned itself as manager of cross-organisational projects in the field of regional innovation strategies and at the same time as a process-driver for initiation and implementation of pilot actions involving R&D-players and companies.

Another particular focus is on the conception and development of Online & Offline Tools for the presentation of Information and Knowledge Structures.

Customers are usually public sector organisations within research and technology; the projects concentrate on different thematic knowledge areas, in which our expertise supports the complete process from idea generation to implementation and the continuous management of the developed instruments.

The creation of new and improved framework conditions for enhanced innovation activities of firms is one of the core competencies. A core activity in this development process is the mapping and evaluation of services of so called innovation supporting players as well as the analysis of companies’ known and latent innovation needs. Innovation supporting players can be universities, industrial research institutes and economic development agencies. This mapping aims at discovering discrepancies between the need- and demand profile of companies and the profile of services offered by the innovation supporting players. The outcomes of these analyses lay the foundation for new economic development strategies and lead mostly to knowledge-management tools in different peculiarities.
