Ellen Pedersen, ex-Project Manager TACIS, currently manager of the EU export promotion programmes to Japan:

"inno engaged with the European Commission in the process of modernising the naukograds (Scientific Cities) in the Russian Federation. The project team made all the difference in that process, and results emerged in each naukograd. A sound regional Innovation Strategy (the first of its kind in Russia) was approved and implementation started, commercialisation activities from scientific centres took place with concrete return on investments, and related benefits.
A successful project depends on people, ideas, and political will."

Implementing a project is not about building a functional piece of a jigsaw or enforcing a time sheet methodology. Implementing a project is about having a global picture, enabling the knowledge and the competencies to flow through the project resources, about mastering tools to support efforts and sublimating the investment of human resources and time for the project’s success.

A major asset of inno group is that it we are able not only to provide advice and to design projects but also to implement what we have designed, to implement what others have defined and even to invest our own talent and money and split the risks with our clients.
Project implementation is at the heart of our five strategic themes:
 | In PPP, the process of valorisation reaches its objectives by actually creating the value: disseminating and registering patents; convincing partners to endorse innovation; convincing investors and raising funds for start-ups; joint-ventures or spin-offs, even investing our own funds.
 | In FP6/7, the implementation of a project selected by the European Commission demands organisation and skills. Our expertise offers 4 basic components of successful project implementation: content; knowledge and competencies management; administrative management; dissemination and exploitation.
 | At a regional level, helping partners to manage and spend resources.
In all themes, inno group’s expertise allows projects to be implemented according to strategic plans, with the same key components: managing knowledge; managing talents; managing time.
