Ellen Pedersen, ex-Project Manager TACIS, currently manager of the EU export promotion programmes to Japan:

"inno engaged with the European Commission in the process of modernising the naukograds (Scientific Cities) in the Russian Federation. The project team made all the difference in that process, and results emerged in each naukograd. A sound regional Innovation Strategy (the first of its kind in Russia) was approved and implementation started, commercialisation activities from scientific centres took place with concrete return on investments, and related benefits.
A successful project depends on people, ideas, and political will."

Supporting access to and participation in the EC Framework programme
inno group has a long track record in designing and managing multi-dimensional projects financed under the research framework programme for both the Research and Enterprise Directorate of the European Commission.

The European Commission is supporting Science, Technology & Innovation in Europe through its framework programme FP6. It is based around seven thematic priorities and is aimed at Integrating, Structuring and Strengthening the ERA. The management of FP6 projects requires a multitude of skills beyond R&D in order to make technological and innovative projects successful.
inno supports its clients through all project phases including proposal writing, contract negotiations and assistance in implementing and exploiting projects. We have identified four key areas to secure project success:
 | The key to success: Knowledge and Competence Management: supporting information flows and providing tools and processes to manage large projects involving numerous partners.
 | The key to sustainability: Dissemination and Exploitation: spreading information through innovative and traditional channels. This is a crucial step, where inno™ has developed a great expertise in EU programmes.
 | The key to efficiency: Content developers: through deploying activities such as policies; benchmarking; innovative tools; networks; training etc.
 | The key to achievement: Administrative Management: providing Internet based tools allowing financial planning and monitoring.
inno strives to make their clients visible at a European level and to support their positioning through the provision of high quality project development and management services. In this way we empower researchers, to focus on research, to become more entrepreneurial and to create successful, innovative companies.
