Testimonials

Ellen Pedersen, ex-Project Manager TACIS, currently manager of the EU export promotion programmes to Japan:

"inno engaged with the European Commission in the process of modernising the naukograds (Scientific Cities) in the Russian Federation. The project team made all the difference in that process, and results emerged in each naukograd. A sound regional Innovation Strategy (the first of its kind in Russia) was approved and implementation started, commercialisation activities from scientific centres took place with concrete return on investments, and related benefits.
A successful project depends on people, ideas, and political will."

Head office inno GmbH, Wien

  Sørlandets Kompetansefond (Norway) commissioned the inno group with an in-process-evaluation of Agderforskning, one of Sørlandets Kompetansefondet’s key agents in achieving competence-based economic growth in the region.

In close co-operation with Kompetansefondet and Agderforskning, inno has prepared a report which comprised the following modules:

Map of the expectations of Agderforskning’s clients and stakeholders;
Listing of direct and indirect effects achieved by Agderforskning;
Documentation of international good practice in the field of bridging the gap between demand and supply of competence.

The in-process evaluation clearly showed the high potential and competence held by Agderforskning. It also made clear that this potential is not adequately exploited. Therefore inno hosted a total of 3 Workshops within the same period:

1.Workshop with the new Board of Agderforskning in order to present the findings from the study to the supervising and mentoring body of Agderforskning.

2.Workshop with staff members of Agderforskning to improve intra-organisational communication flows and to raise enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to the new Agderforskning and its strategy.

3.Workshop with important external stakeholders to pro-actively communicate the high competence and potentials of Agderforskning to potential and actual clients and to demonstrate that one listens to their valuable feedback.
