Change2IT is an innovative web-based platform assisting talented individuals to follow a career in IT offering career guidance, personality assessment, e-learning opportunities, information on market trends, and an advanced search mechanism that identifies and ranks the most suitable opportunities for each candidate and the most suitable candidates for each vacancy.

Change2IT has been created by a consortium of highly specialised organisations accross Europe and has been funded by the eContent programme of the EU.
Aim of the project is to carry out the necessary market analysis and validation to prepare an international deployment of the platform Change2IT.com in Cyprus, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Romania and Spain. The project partners are in charge of conducting maket analyses and offering pilot services in the respective country.
After gathering and evaluating the feedback of enterprises, applicants and HR service companies, the change2IT service offer will be accordingly improved and the opening to the international market will be launched.
