Marc Pattinson studied urban and regional planning and economics at the London School of Economics and obtained a Masters degree in 1985.
Prior to joining inno TSD he worked in an international economic development consultancy based in London between 1985-1999.
In 1999 he joined the inno TSD team based in Sophia Antipolis in France and became Managing Director of the office in 2001.
Throughout his twenty years of professional experience he has specialised in the fields of regional and urban economic development, cluster studies, best practices studies, inward investment, SME demand analysis and technology and innovation studies. He has experience from across Europe and in particular in the UK, France as well Italy , Hungary, the Czech republics, Germany and North Africa.
He has prepared various reports and policy documents for government agencies and published best practice studies for the European Commission.
