Lars Högdahl Chairman of the Regional Growth Committee, Swedish Ministry of Industry:

"inno assisted the Regional Growth Committee in its task aiming to strengthen long-term economic development in exposed labour-market regions in parts of mid-central Sweden. The strategy of inno combining competence mapping with foresight methodology successfully enabled the region to find new areas of development. The most exciting result of inno´s work was the initiation of co-operations disregarding from geographically administrative boarders and traditional sector definitions."

engage AG is a professional market-oriented commercialisation structure operating on behalf of universities and research centres.
|

 |
In the scope of a defined cooperation with universities and research centres, engage AG supports researchers, research groups and institutes in managing essential parts of the commercialisation process.
Thus, engage AG supports the participating universities and research centres in the identification, evaluation and further development of ideas, inventions, research achievements etc. in order to realise their commercial exploitation.
A main focus of engage’s activities is the active consulting and mentoring of technology-oriented spin-offs. Moreover, for higher education and research institutions engage also takes over the equity management of the resulting spin-offs.
The universities and research centres of the Karlsruhe-Pforzheim region have developed and adopted a joint model for commercialising high-potential ideas and technologies. For the realisation of this model the Public-Private-Partnership engage AG was set-up in 2003.
Due to its parent company, inno AG, engage AG disposes of a Europe-wide network with contacts to significant decision makers from industry, research, finance and administration.
