The CLOE partner regions share the opinion that fostering clusters could give an important contribution to Regional Development.

The CLOE partners wish to establish strong business relations and co-operate with one another in the highly developed sectors of their regions and therefore expand their competences and experiences to a European level. This will give the companies and cluster networks of each region the opportunity to access new markets within and beyond Europe.
